Curriculum Vitae
After completing his civil service, Christoph Pflügler, born in 1982, studied Information Systems at the University of Bamberg. During his graduate studies, he focused on Marketing, IS in the Service Industry, Systems Engineering and Databases, as well as Distributed and Mobile Systems. In the framework of his academic career, he also studied abroad at the Universidad de Santiago de Chile for one year. As an intern at the Siltronic AG he gained insight into the semiconductor industry. His experience in object oriented Software Engineering and Systems Integration results from working as a teaching assistant at the University of Bamberg and commercial project work.
Since May 2009 he is a PhD-student at the chair of Information Systems and Systems Engineering. As member of the research group Inter-organizational Systems (IOS), his particular field of interest is business process integration across company borders.
