From 25^th to 26^th February 2003 the research group Component- and Service Engineering held the workshop

Component-oriented Operational Application Systems (WKBA 5)

in cooperation with the GI-work group Component-oriented Operational Application Systems (WI-kobAS) in Augsburg.

Main focus of the workshop was the component-based design of operational application systems. Amongst others the topic comprehend questions to the following areas:
