Bettina Fricke (born 1977) received a diploma degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at the University of Karlsruhe. From October 2002 until September 2007 she was a research assistant at the chair of Business Informatics and Systems Engineering at the University of Augsburg. Her research interests were in the field of inter-organizational systems.
